Based in Kuwait, Fiorito serves individuals and businesses seeking premium flowers, cakes, chocolates, and corporate gifts.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics.Develop audience targeting strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing plans.Collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Content Creator to develop high-performing creative strategies, campaign concepts, and messaging.Analyze creative performance and provide actionable recommendations for ad creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages.Identify new growth opportunities, marketing initiatives, and performance improvements based on campaign insights and industry trends.Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.Stay up to date with platform updates, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.RequirementsProven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar advertising platforms.Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, consumer psychology, and performance-driven creative.Experience collaborating with designers and content creators to improve campaign performance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience in e-commerce is highly preferred.Experience with premium or luxury consumer brands is a plus.Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, research, or creative ideation is a plus.EngagementRemote.Part-time.Flexible working hours.
