We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has experience in app marketing, paid media, social media management, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on driving user acquisition and maximizing ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify audience preferences, trends, and competitor activities.Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a focus on TikTok and Snapchat.Manage app marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.Create, edit, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs and ROI.Track SEO and website traffic metrics to support overall marketing performance.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.Maintain and optimize social media profiles and branding assets.Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.Proven experience in app marketing.Strong hands-on experience with paid media, particularly TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.Experience managing and optimizing social media campaigns.Hands-on experience with content management and content creation.Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
