performance marketing team leader

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader with strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.Before officially taking the leadership role, the selected candidate will complete a 2–3 day practical assessment as a Performance Marketing Agent. During this period, the candidate will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns and generating real leads to demonstrate practical expertise and performance.After successfully completing the assessment, the Team Leader will be responsible for:* Building and growing their own marketing team with the company’s support.* Conducting interviews and selecting qualified team members.* Training new hires from day one.* Managing, coaching, and improving the team’s daily performance.* Monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies.* Leading a team that will gradually grow from 5 to 10 members.* While the role is currently fully remote, the Team Leader will be expected to visit our Alexandria office when needed to train and support team members. * Minimum 9 months of hands-on experience in Men’s Health / Male Health marketing.* Strong experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads.* Experience with E-commerce campaigns.* Experience in Cosmetics marketing is a strong advantage.* Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads is preferred.* Previous Team Leader experience is not required; however, strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.* Acceptable English communication skills.* Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site visits in Alexandria when required.
