They deliver full-cycle demand generation campaigns and custom AI-powered tools, built on three decades of B2B marketing expertise. With rapid growth and an expanding client base, they're building out the paid media function to own performance across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.Role DescriptionYou'll be the hands-on performance media expert at the heart of our client's campaign delivery team. You'll own the full lifecycle of B2B paid campaigns β€” from structure and targeting to conversion tracking and reporting β€” across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta. Working closely with creative teams, you'll brief assets, optimise performance, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong attribution hygiene and a focus on lead quality over volume are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management – Build, launch, and manage B2B paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.Full-Funnel Ownership – Own campaign structure, targeting, budgets, creative setup, and ongoing A/B testing across platforms.Lead Generation – Manage B2B lead gen campaigns with a focus on lead quality over volume and longer sales cycles.Tracking & Attribution – Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM structures, and attribution hygiene across all accounts.Creative Collaboration – Write effective ad copy, brief creative teams clearly, and provide structured performance feedback.Reporting – Produce clear performance reports and dashboards using Looker Studio and platform-native analytics tools.Minimum QualificationsB2B Paid Media Experience – Hands-on experience running Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads in B2B environments.Tracking & Attribution – Strong command of conversion tracking, UTM governance, and multi-touch attribution setup.CRM Familiarity – Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or a comparable CRM platform.Ad Copy & Creative Briefing – Ability to write effective ad copy and brief design teams to a clear, actionable standard.UK or US Client Experience – Proven track record working with UK or US clients; international market exposure is essential.Analytics & Reporting – Comfortable using Looker Studio and platform-native dashboards to analyse and present performance.Bonus QualificationsAutomation Tools – Familiarity with Zapier or API-based integrations to streamline and scale campaign workflows.Agency Background – Experience managing multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously within an agency environment.BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Ready to elevate?Hit apply, complete your profile, and let the right opportunities come to you.
