Develop and implement the company's Performance Management System from the ground up.Design and maintain KPIs, performance appraisal forms, and competency frameworks for all positions.Coordinate with department managers to define SMART KPIs and performance objectives.Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion.Train managers on performance management processes and effective evaluation techniques.Monitor performance review completion rates and ensure compliance with company timelines.Analyze performance data and prepare reports and dashboards for management.Identify performance gaps and recommend development plans in coordination with HR and department heads.Follow up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and monitor employee progress.Review and continuously improve the performance management process, policies, and tools.Maintain accurate and confidential employee performance records. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.Experience in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of KPIs, SMART Goals, Competency Frameworks, and Performance Appraisal methodologies.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
