About the Role : The Performance Specialist supports strategic planning and performance management efforts by analyzing operational data, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role contributes to informed decision-making through accurate reporting, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives, while providing administrative and coordination support to the wider team.What You'll Do• Support strategic planning by setting goals and tracking performance.• Analyze data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.• Prepare reports and presentations on key performance metrics.• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency.• Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery.• Research industry best practices through benchmarking.• Provide administrative support across meetings, records, and communication.What We're Looking For• Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables and Power Query• Solid understanding of business operations, ideally within Fintech.• Familiarity with planning and forecasting concepts.• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
