Personnel AdministrationManage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to termination. Prepare and maintain employee files in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law. Issue employment contracts, renewal letters, promotions, transfers, and termination documents. Ensure all personnel documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain confidentiality of employee records. Labor Law & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations. Handle labor office requirements and government inspections. Manage social insurance registration, updates, and employee deregistration. Prepare legal documentation and personnel reports. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance, lateness, overtime, and absenteeism. Review monthly attendance reports and coordinate payroll inputs. Manage annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and official holidays. Ensure leave balances are accurately maintained. Payroll & Compensation SupportCoordinate monthly payroll preparation with Finance. Review salary adjustments, deductions, incentives, commissions, and overtime calculations. Ensure payroll accuracy before processing. Employee RelationsAddress employee inquiries and personnel requests. Conduct disciplinary procedures according to company policy. Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives. Promote a professional and positive work environment. Recruitment & Onboarding SupportCoordinate onboarding documentation. Prepare orientation materials for new employees. Ensure all required employment documents are completed before joining. Government RelationsCoordinate with: Social Insurance Authority Labor Office Medical Insurance Government authorities Renew licenses and personnel-related official documents. Policy & Process DevelopmentDevelop and update personnel policies and procedures. Standardize HR documentation and forms. Improve HR operational efficiency through digital solutions and automation. HR Diploma or Professional Certification is preferred. 5–8 years of experience in Personnel Management. Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience within manufacturing, retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or perfume industries is highly preferred. Technical SkillsExcellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law. Social Insurance procedures. Payroll processes. Attendance management systems. Microsoft Excel (Advanced). HRIS / ERP systems. Document management. Job Requirements✔ 5–8 years of Personnel experience. ✔ Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance. ✔ Experience managing payroll and attendance. ✔ Experience handling labor office and government procedures. ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ✔ Ability to manage confidential information professionally. ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills. ✔ Fluent Arabic and good English. ✔ Experience in manufacturing or beauty/perfume industry is an advantage.
