The role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in personnel and payroll, solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures, and hands-on exposure to vehicle insurance and contractors’ insurance.Role Overview:The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising personnel and payroll activities, maintaining accurate employee records, handling social insurance and labor office procedures, coordinating with governmental entities, and supporting company compliance requirements. The role will also include follow-up on vehicle insurance, contractors’ insurance, payroll inputs, monthly variables, and related documentation to ensure full accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily personnel and payroll operations and ensure accurate implementation of HR policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee files, contracts, personnel documents, payroll records, and HR data.Handle social insurance procedures, including registration, termination, updates, forms, and follow-up with the Social Insurance Office.Coordinate with governmental offices, labor office, social insurance authority, and other external entities when required.Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, penalties, leaves, and employee status changes.Support payroll closing by ensuring all personnel and payroll data are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Manage and follow up company vehicle insurance, renewals, claims, required documents, and coordination with insurance providers.Handle contractors’ insurance documentation and follow-up to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.Prepare personnel and payroll reports, attendance-related inputs, employee status updates, and compliance records.Follow up employee requests related to employment letters, HR documents, payroll inquiries, social insurance, and governmental requirements.Ensure proper filing, documentation, version control, and record keeping for audit and compliance purposes.Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to complete required HR, payroll, and administrative processes.Use SAP for personnel data, payroll inputs, employee records, HR transactions, and related reporting.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, HR Operations, or Government Relations.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance procedures, Labor Office requirements, and payroll cycle inputs.Previous experience in vehicle insurance and contractors’ insurance is a must.Hands-on experience dealing with governmental offices and external authorities.SAP experience is required.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong follow-up, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.Interested candidates are welcome to send their CVs to:h.kamal@genesismining-eg.comPlease mention in the email subject:Personnel & Payroll Supervisor - Cairo#Hiring #PersonnelAndPayroll #PayrollSupervisor #PersonnelSupervisor #HRJobs #HROperations #SocialInsurance #GovernmentRelations #SAP #VehicleInsurance #ContractorsInsurance #GenesisMining #CairoJobs
