Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Pharmacist to join our team in Alexandria. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications accurately, counseling patients on proper medication usage, communicating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care, and maintaining compliance with all pharmacy regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing the work of pharmacy technicians, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist credentials and experience with prescription processing and accuracyStrong communication skills for patient counseling and collaboration with healthcare providersKnowledge of pharmacy laws, compliance regulations, and inventory managementGood organizational skills and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approachProficiency in pharmacy software systems is preferredBachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, PharmD is preferredPrevious experience in retail pharmacy settings is an advantage
