Pharmacist – Sterile Area Manager 📍 Location: Lebanon (On-site) 🏭 Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing 🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pharmacist – Sterile Area Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sterile production operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, maintaining product quality, and leading production teams within sterile manufacturing environments.Please note that the work location is in Lebanon, and candidates must be willing to relocate or work abroad in Lebanon.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all sterile manufacturing operations.Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Lead, train, and develop sterile production teams.Monitor production schedules and optimize operational efficiency.Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.Investigate deviations, implement CAPAs, and support audits and inspections.Ensure proper documentation and batch record review.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sterile production area.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Proven experience in sterile production/aseptic manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.Experience managing teams and production operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer.Professional growth and leadership opportunities.International work environment.
