Pharmacy Claims & Audit Supervisor

∙Oversee daily pharmacy claims workflows and ensure real-time processing of claims and rejects ∙Supervise, train, and mentor claims processing staff while managing team performance ∙Participate in provider reconciliation and ensure adherence to company deduction policies ∙Conduct quality audits of processed claims to ensure accuracy and compliance ∙Identify rejection trends and implement effective rejection rules within the team ∙Support continuous process improvement to enhance claims accuracy and efficiency  ∙3–5+ years of experience in pharmacy claims or pharmacy operations ∙Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred ∙Strong understanding of claims processing, rejection management, and provider reconciliation ∙Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
