The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing prescriptions, and maintaining stock inventory. The role also involves providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients, implementing quality standards, and promoting customer-focused services. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products and adherence to best practices in pharmacy operations.QualificationsExpert knowledge in Pharmacy, including Pharmacy Practice and Prescription management.Experience in supervising or working with Pharmacy Technicians to ensure operational efficiency.Proficiency in Immunization protocols and standards.Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.Effective communication and leadership skills to lead a team and engage with customers professionally.Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related discipline; a valid pharmacy license is required.Prior experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy chain is an advantage.
