The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, supervise pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards. Responsibilities include managing prescriptions, supporting immunization programs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining inventory, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting a safe and professional environment for staff and customers.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and experience with Prescription managementExperience working with and supervising Pharmacy TechniciansFamiliarity with Immunization processes and related practicesStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to uphold regulatory compliance and ensure operational excellenceBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a licensed pharmacist by relevant authoritiesPrevious experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy is preferred but not required
