The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy technicians, ensure compliance with pharmacy practice standards, and facilitate accurate prescription dispensing. Responsibilities also include providing immunization services, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and legal regulations in pharmacy practice. Qualifications Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management Experience working with Pharmacy Technicians and supervising their activities Competence in administering Immunizations and awareness of related guidelines Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharmacy settings Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field with a valid pharmacist license Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and patient interaction Experience in resource planning and inventory management is a plus
