About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced PHP Back-End Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services that power our software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust back-end components using PHP and related technologiesWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeDesign and implement database structuresCreate and maintain API endpoints for front-end consumptionCollaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elementsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performanceImplement security and data protection measuresParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsRequirementsStrong proficiency in PHP (6+ years experience)Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)Solid understanding of object-oriented programming conceptsProficiency with MySQL/MariaDB or other relational databasesExperience with RESTful APIs and web servicesKnowledge of version control systems (Git)Familiarity with server management and deployment processesUnderstanding of security principles and best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS, Docker, or other cloud platformsKnowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Understanding of CI/CD pipelinesExperience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)Familiarity with Redis, Memcached, or other caching systemsAgile/Scrum development experience
