Placement Tester

Job Title: Placement Tester (On-site) Location: Nasr City – Head Office Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week – 8 hours/day, fixed shift)About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Placement Tester to assess students’ English proficiency levels and ensure accurate placement into the appropriate courses. The role requires strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate performance objectively.Key Responsibilities:Conduct placement tests (written & oral) for new applicantsAccurately assess students’ English levels based on standardized criteriaAssign students to the appropriate course/levelMaintain records of test results and student evaluationsProvide brief feedback when neededCollaborate with academic and customer service teams to ensure smooth student onboardingFollow testing guidelines and ensure consistency in evaluationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field)Strong command of English (B2+ / C1 preferred)Previous experience in assessment is a mustExcellent communication and listening skillsAttention to detail and objectivity in evaluationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions:On-site at Head Office – Nasr CityFixed shift (8 working hours)5 working days per week
