We’re Hiring | Planning Manager – JeddahKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development, review, and approval of baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6Oversee project progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and schedule performance optimizationEstablish and drive project controls frameworks, including reporting, KPIs, and dashboardsManage delay analysis, EOT submissions, and claims in coordination with commercial teamsEnsure integration of cost, resource, and risk planning within project schedulesProvide strategic insights and recovery plans to mitigate delays and enhance project deliveryLead, mentor, and manage planning teams across multiple projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline12+ years of experience in planning and project controls within the construction sectorProven track record managing planning functions on large-scale infrastructure and/or building projectsAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatoryStrong expertise in delay analysis, claims management, and project reportingDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
