Planning Manager

Manage the delivery and implementation of the organization's planning requirementsWorking with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specificationsDeveloping, implementing and monitoring good management practices for the delivery, management and implementation of planning commitments to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to planning activities for delivery of short-, medium- and long-term commitmentsManage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirementsPlan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera or MS projectImplement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall projectCoordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure the delivery/completion of the project work on timeReview status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep the management andProject director. apprised of the progress on a regular basisOn-time delivery of project plansBudget preparationTechnical project documentationOn-time reportingRequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Planning, or EngineeringUnderstanding of market research and data analysisKnowledge of business operations and proceduresDemonstrable strategic thinking abilitiesAnalytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
