Overseas all manufacturing operations to ensure that they meet agreed production plans, Product Quality and Quantity.Develop and implement any required changes to production processes to improve output and product quality and to reduce cost.Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process.Reviews the daily, weekly and monthly planning and follow up of projects work orders.Ensure all quality control advice and recommendations are applied in order to ensure that production target is achieved as per operational and quality standards and procedures with highest yield.Prepares the master plan for the factory.Facilities all potential obstacles or breakdowns of equipment promptly while coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure efficient operation is achieved in alliance with the production.Monitor all planning and follow up of projects production operations and relief all obstacles to ensure the continued provision all resources to achieve the planning and follow up of projects work orders on time, on target and with the expected quality standards.Prepares a project time schedule for each project.Prepares the factory work load plan.Monitors progress and updates the information on the related data base as per agreed upon work instructions and department standards.Handles work orders from technical office to quality control and production.Issues man / hour report.Issues the productivity report.Follows up the fabrication progress of the project versus the planned.Handling loose parts from store to shipping factor master plan.Simplify the implementation process of the work orders for all production engineers.Supervises & monitor the following up performance for work force and equipment. + 7 years of experience in Steel Fabrication Industry .Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university.Good user of Primavera.
