Planning Specialist

United Elevators is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Specialist to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacity, material availability, and customer demand.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and confirmed ordersAlign production capacity with demand and ensure timely material supplyCoordinate with operations, sourcing, and material planning teams to release and update production plansMonitor production progress, take corrective actions to prevent delays or stockouts, and ensure on-time completionTrack WIP and inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortagesPlan and prioritize production orders for maximum efficiency and minimum delayPrepare and present production performance and schedule adherence reportsReport the needed resource or materials to fulfill the production planQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field3-5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturingProficiency in MPS/MRP systems and ExcelStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPlanning experience in production industry is a mustWorking Conditions: Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMFridays & Saturdays are offWork Location: Badr Compensation and Benefits Package: Competitive salary based on experienceMedical insurance coverageA dynamic work environment within a growing international companyCompany Website: http://www.unitedelevators.net/
