Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Section HeadPosition Objective Lead and manage all Plumbing & Fire Fighting design activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining compliance with international standards and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Plumbing & Fire Fighting design team Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company guidelines Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across projects Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and timelines Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and draftsmen Handle project assignments from HOD/DHODEnsure quality and accuracy of all design deliverables Team Supervision Senior Project Engineers Design Engineers Senior Draftsmen Draftsmen Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)12–15 years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting design Strong knowledge of design codes and standards Experience with Revit, Auto CAD, and MEP software Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good command of English Work Environment Office-based role (Cairo) May require extended hours based on project needs
