He/she/They have to be the bridge across all project EW and suppliers, manage project schedule, ensure delivery while supervising financial parameters.Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the Client domain, the product (Kantar viz. cross-media, Brand, Creative etc.), the project and the job-specsUnderstand end-to-end project life cycleEnsure delivery of a complete project to the geography from inception to completion. with minimal mentorshipProactively list all the relevant internal and external information that will be required for the project design/setup and alert local account team to these needsSource quotes from external suppliers, where appropriate, always ensuring that the best cost and timing has been given and work with the client service team for all vital approvalsCommission all internal and external stakeholdersProduce the project plan and relevant timelines. Ensure that all stakeholders have access/are notified of timelinesCo-ordinate with Kantar Profiles teams for Fieldwork managementCoordinate with the production teams and clients (CS/in-market team for flawless project executionImplement project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes in alignment with the agreed design, timeline, and budgetAccountable for quality control throughout the entire project, from inputs to results (in questionnaires, scripts,) code frames, , meeting specificationsResponsible for script checking, including translated scripts, before sharing with the clientIndependently manage client communication. Establish a primary point of contact with stakeholders and nurture relationshipsProactively foster positiver relationships between Client Service, local teams, and technical teamsLead or participate in kick-off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls, and consistently provide project status updates, address queries, and offer support and mentorship to all relevant teamsLog and detail all feedback, accurately by the set deadline, adhering to process protocols and conventions.Supervise and ensure adherence to project scope as per SoWAdvise all collaborators of project status especially with respect to scope, time and cost (estimated vs actual), along with progressTroubleshoot and resolve queries from various collaborators while supporting Project lead for root cause analysis (RCA) and action steps.Deliver to defined performance metrics and proficienciesComply with defined processes and guidelines as per ISO manualInteract with Stakeholders across functions within the cluster / country teamAdhere to defined work practices viz.
