POS Management Specialist (Warehousing Background)

About This RoleThe POS Management Specialist owns the full lifecycle of Octane's field hardware: POS terminals, from intake and warehousing through deployment, retrieval, repair, and reconciliation across 2,400+ stations. This role combines inventory and warehousing discipline with operational coordination: keeping accurate device-level records, managing stock levels, and ensuring Runners and Acquisition teams always have working equipment ready to deploy. A warehousing / inventory-management background is essential.What You'll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end POS device lifecycle: procurement intake, warehousing, dispatch, deployment, retrieval, repair/RMA, and decommissioning. Maintain accurate, device-level (serial-number) inventory and asset-tracking records across the station network Control stock levels: forecasting demand, setting reorder points, and preventing both stock-outs and overstock. Operate and enforce sound warehouse practices: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, and cycle counts. Coordinate device deployment and swaps with Runners and the field team; track device status per station. Manage repair and replacement cycles with vendors/suppliers; track faulty-device returns and turnaround Reconcile physical inventory against system records regularly; investigate and resolve variances. Produce inventory, deployment, and asset-utilization reports for operations leadership.What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2–4 years in warehousing, inventory, stock control, or asset management — warehousing background is a must. Strong inventory-management discipline: cycle counts, reconciliation, FIFO / serialized tracking. Proficiency in Excel and inventory High attention to detail and strong record-keeping. Ability to coordinate across field, vendor, and operations stakeholders. Arabic fluency; working English.Nice To Have Experience managing electronic devices, POS terminals, SIM/NFC hardware, or IT assets at scale.
