Job DescriptionThe POS Integration & Support Specialist (Fresh Graduate) supports the integration and testing of POS systems in test environments and assists in handling advanced (L3) support activities under supervision. The role focuses on building technical expertise in transaction flows, system integration, and troubleshooting within the acquiring ecosystem.Responsibilities Own the resolution of escalated project issues, collaborating with business and IT peers, technical leads and functional managers to ensure timely resolution. Oversight of program/project financials as well as vendor management and engagement. Business analysis, change management, risk management, resource management, metrics tracking and other required P&QDS deliverables. Performs other related duties as requested by the company.
