Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Power BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective, insightful reports and dashboards. Your expertise will ensure the efficient deployment and adoption of Power BI, driving business intelligence initiatives.Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business user requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide BI solutions that align with business goalsDevelop and optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance and accuracyImplement best practices for data governance, data quality, and security within Power BI projectsProvide training, support, and documentation to end-users and team membersMaintain and update existing Power BI reports and solutions to adapt to changing business needsStay current with the latest Power BI features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve BI capabilitiesWork closely with IT and data teams to integrate Power BI with various data sourcesRequirements3 to 5 years of practical experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboardsAdvanced skills in DAX and Power Query (M Language)Extensive experience in data modeling and combining data from various sourcesGood knowledge of data visualization best practicesExperience in publishing, managing, and maintaining reports within the Power BI ServiceCapability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutionsStrong communication abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience as a Power BI Consultant or Developer with a robust portfolio of Power BI projectsIn-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modelingHands-on experience with SQL and integrating Power BI with diverse data sourcesAwareness of data governance, data quality, and security best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform business needs into efficient BI solutionsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with other BI tools and analytics platforms is advantageousPreferred Qualifications:Microsoft certification such as PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or equivalentExperience working in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with SQL and other data platforms is a plusBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
