Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a PR & Content Specialist based in Cairo. The role involves creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and fostering meaningful public relations. Daily tasks include developing strategic communication plans, maintaining relationships with media professionals, and improving brand visibility through targeted PR activities. While primarily based in Cairo, the role offers flexibility with hybrid work opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand goalsBuild and maintain relationships with media, press, and influencersCoordinate press releases, media coverage, and brand featuresIdentify PR opportunities, partnerships, and collaborationsMonitor media performance and track brand exposureEnsure consistent brand messaging across all communicationsQualificationsProven experience as a PR & Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar roleStrong experience working with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and editorsExperience in planning, managing, and producing podcast contentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategiesCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideasAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferredWillingness to work on-site 2–3 days as required for shoots, meetings, and collaborationsArabic speaker is preferred
