Role Overview:The PR & Offline Marketer is the firm's brand ambassador in the physical world. Working in close lockstep with the Business Developer, this role is responsible for building the firm's public reputation, securing a commanding presence at Egypt's most relevant legal, business, and tech events, and generating the media coverage and thought-leadership visibility that converts awareness into inbound leads. This is not a coordination role, it requires a proactive, creative professional who can operate independently and move fast in the work environment.Key Responsibilities:• Event strategy & execution: Identify, evaluate, and secure the firm's presence at priority events, legal conferences, startup summits, fintech forums, arbitration seminars, M&A roundtables, and government-linked business events across Egypt• Speaking slot acquisition: Proactively pitch firm partners and the BD lead as speakers, panelists, or moderators at target events. Manage the full submission and briefing process• Sponsorship & partnerships: Negotiate sponsorship packages with event organizers to maximize brand exposure, branding rights, delegate passes, speaking access, and exhibition presence• Media relations: Build and maintain relationships with editors and journalists at Egypt's key legal, business, and financial publications.• Press coverage: Draft and distribute press releases for firm milestones significant case wins, new partners, practice area launches, and landmark transactions• Thought-leadership production: Coordinate and place opinion pieces, legal commentary, and market insight articles authored by firm partners• BD materials: Own all offline collateral capability brochures, sector one-pagers, presentation folders, branded gifts, and event signage• Networking facilitation: Brief the BD and partners before every event, manage follow-up cadence post-event, and track leads generated in the CRM• Awards & rankings: Manage submissions to Legal 500, Chambers, and Egypt specific legal and business awards to build third-party credibility• Community building: Explore hosting the firm's own roundtables, breakfast briefings, or client events to position it as a convener in its sectorsQualifications:• 4–7 years in PR, marketing, or communications professional services, legal, consulting, or financial sector preferred• Proven track record of securing media coverage and speaking opportunities in the Egyptian market• Existing relationships with business and legal media in Egypt• Experience planning and executing corporate events and conference presence end-to-end• Excellent Arabic and English writing, editing, and public communication.• Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
