Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in the software development field.About:The Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant will own the client experience from initial demo through to post-sale satisfaction — shaping the processes, templates, and communication standards that the team will scale on.Responsibilities:Pre-SalesRun product demos for Gulf-based prospects (remotely and occasionally on-site)Lead discovery calls to understand client pain points and qualificationPrepare and customize demo environments or presentation materials per client contextSupport the sales lead in deal progression — not expected to close aloneClient EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients post-demo and post-saleConduct regular check-in calls, handle feedback, and manage escalationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Gulf client stakeholdersTravel to Gulf client sites occasionally for strategic meetings or onboardingInternal CoordinationTranslate client feedback into clearly structured briefs, then hand off to the BA/PM teamCoordinate with the product and tech teams on client timelines and expectationsDocument client interactions, requests, and outcomes in a consistent, organized mannerContribute to building out client communication templates and demo playbooks (as first hire)
