Job TitlePre-Sales Engineer - Apple SolutionsJob ScopeThe Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and solution design in support of the Sales team, partners, and customers. This role focuses on enabling Apple Enterprise adoption, driving digital transformation across industries, and ensuring seamless integration of Apple solutions in mixed IT environments.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert for Apple solutions, supporting sales and partners throughout the pre-sales cycle.Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses.Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel.Showcase Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app integration.Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into a Windows/Active Directory environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Apple regional teams, ecosystem partners, and key enterprise accounts.Provide after-sales technical support when required, ensuring customer adoption and value realization.Stay current with Apple’s enterprise solutions, MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron), and security framework.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.Experience5–7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise IT.Strong knowledge of the Apple enterprise ecosystem.Apple Business Manager, Automated Device EnrollmentMDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron.Mac/iOS integration in a mixed IT environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is a plus.Apple certifications (ACSP, Jamf 200/300, or equivalent) preferred.What We OfferA key role in expanding Apple enterprise adoption across the region.Exposure to high-profile enterprise projects.Continuous professional development through Apple training and certifications.
