Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Sales and Technical teams in designing and proposing IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, recommending the right technologies, and assisting in solution sizing, pricing, and tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Technical ProposalsGather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign and size IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, backup, security, and cloud)Prepare technical proposals, submittals, and solution documentationEnsure compliance with RFPs/tenders and customer specificationsReview and validate technical offers before submissionPosition Target’s strengths against competitorsSales & Technical SupportProvide technical support and consultation to the Sales teamParticipate in customer meetings, presentations, and discussionsWork closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate design and smooth deliveryStay updated with new technologies and vendor solutionsPricing & OpportunitiesAssist in solution costing and pricing using vendor price listsCoordinate with suppliers and procurement for quotationsSupport Account Managers in identifying and developing new opportunitiesTechnical Focus AreasMicrosoft solutions (Windows Server, M365, Azure)Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)Backup & DR (Commvault , Veeam)Servers & Storage ( HPE, Dell)Network & Information Security solutions Qualifications1–3 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales or System IntegrationBachelor’s degree in engineering or computer scienceStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologiesGood command of MS Office toolsVendor certifications are a plusSkillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong technical documentation and proposal writingAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetTeam player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
