Gather and analyze customer requirements and design appropriate server, storage, and data backup solutions. Prepare BOMs, sizing, and configurations using vendor configuration and assessment tools.Write technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs and tenders, and prepare compliance sheets.Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs to customers (remotely and during on-site visits to KSA).Work with distributors and vendor channel teams on deal registration and special pricing.Support the sales team in customer meetings as the technical authority.Own the technical pre-sales cycle for data center infrastructure — enterprise servers, storage, and data backup solutions, with a focus on Dell Technologies & HPE portfolios.Requirements3-5 years of pre-sales / solutions engineering experience at a system integrator or IT solutions provider, focused on data center hardware. Strong hands-on knowledge of Dell Technologies or HPE solutions — servers, storage, and backup.Good understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, SAN/NAS, and RAID concepts.Dell or HPE certifications are a strong plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills in English and Arabic.Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia.
