Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end technical solutions and lead the preparation of proposals, BOQs and tender (RFP/RFQ) responses.Support account managers in customer meetings, presentations and proof-of-concept activities.Own sizing and configuration of Data Center solutions: servers, storage, virtualization, backup and networking.Maintain certifications and relationships with key technology vendors.Coach the presales/technical team and review solution quality before submission.Required Profile7+ years of presales / solution-architecture experience with a systems integrator or technology vendor.Strong Data Center solutions background strongly preferred — servers, storage, virtualization, backup and related infrastructure.Hands-on experience producing winning RFP/tender responses in the Egyptian market.Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Nutanix, Dell, HPE, Cisco, VMware, Veeam) are a plus.Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
