This role is responsible for working closely with the sales team to understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and design technical solutions that align with Raqmeyat’s portfolio in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and business applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirements gathering sessions, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, creating solution proposals and technical presentations, and responding to RFPs and RFQs. The Presales Engineer will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, estimate effort, and ensure accurate scoping. The role also involves providing technical guidance during customer meetings, supporting proof-of-concept activities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.Qualifications Strong presales and solution consulting skills, including requirements analysis, solution design, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals.Experience supporting sales activities, with the ability to communicate technical value to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to opportunity qualification and deal closure.Solid technical support and post-sales follow-up capabilities to assist in handover to implementation teams and address customer technical inquiries.Knowledge of system integration concepts and practices, including integrating cloud, on-premises, and third-party solutions within complex environments.Understanding of security principles and solutions, ideally including cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance-related considerations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and business applications (e.g., Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems) is highly beneficial.Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant technical or vendor certifications (
