Requirement:1. 2+ years of experience as technical engineer, system integrator or equivalent experience2. Deep understanding of networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP, etc)3. Have knowledge in linux based operating system (installation, configuration, administration)4. Have knowledge in on-premise virtualization/hyper-converged.6. Candidate with network/Cloud certification is a plus7. Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skill8. Oral and written communication skill in Bahasa and English is mandatory9. Effective time-management skillsResponsibility:1. Onsite and remote technical support for customers to resolve issue in POC or after sales inquiries2. Track, mantain and resolve incident as well as provide the report to the customer3. Perform device installation and integration into customer environment4. Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers5. Escalation to RND to resolve product issue6. Create technical documentation for project and/or internal knowledge base
