Role Description This is a full-time Presales Specialist role based on-site in Cairo. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales process by identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and preparing proposals and presentations. This includes conducting market research, demonstrating products, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and responding to RFPs (request for proposals). The role is critical in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. Qualifications Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, CRM systems, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutionsProficiency in market research, business analysis, and identifying client requirementsExperience in creating proposals, delivering presentations, and demonstrating product valueExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in presales, business development, or a related role is an advantageFamiliarity with the Middle East and Africa (MEA) business landscape is a plus
