We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and is excited to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement creative and engaging lessons that comply with early years education standards and promote holistic developmentEstablish a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among childrenAssess and record children's progress and development, using this information to inform future planning and adapt teaching methodsFoster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and effective learning communityEnsure a safe and orderly environment that promotes children's health and well-beingParticipate in professional development opportunities to keep up-to-date with early years education best practicesEngage in school activities and contribute to the school community through events and programsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldTeaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is preferredExperience working with preschool-aged children in an educational settingUnderstanding of early childhood development and effective teaching practicesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with young children and their parentsCreative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
