Pricing Associate

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong background in freight forwarding sales and a passion for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive pricing and quotations for ocean Export and import freight shipments in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and service options.Negotiate freight rates, surcharges, and service agreements with vendors and partners to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.Analyze market trends, carrier pricing, and competitor activities to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to provide timely pricing support and customized logistics solutions.Respond promptly to pricing requests (RFQs/RFPs) and ensure quotations are submitted within agreed timelines.Review customer pricing agreements and maintain pricing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Monitor profit margins and recommend pricing adjustments to improve revenue and maintain competitiveness.Support key account tenders by preparing comprehensive pricing proposals and cost analyses.Maintain and update carrier tariffs, rate sheets, and pricing databases.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within pricing activities.Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and applicable trade regulations.Prepare regular pricing reports and analyses to support management decision-making and business planning.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales , Pricing , and key account management within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations.Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer management abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
