Pricing & quotationsPrepare air, sea, and land freight quotations for clients Ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with market rates Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from the sales team 2. Carrier & vendor managementCommunicate with shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers Negotiate rates and service agreements Maintain strong relationships with local and international partners 3. Market analysisMonitor freight rate trends and market changes Analyze competitors’ pricing strategies Recommend pricing adjustments to stay competitive 4. Sales supportWork closely with the sales team to close deals Provide fast turnaround on quotes (this is critical) Advise on best routing and cost-effective solutions 5. Cost control & profitabilityEnsure all quotes maintain company profit margins Identify cost-saving opportunities Review pricing structures regularly 6.
