About the Role:To ensure continuity of learning by covering classes during teacher absences in Primary section, maintaining classroom management standards, and delivering pre-prepared lessons effectively in line with school policies.🛠 Key Responsibilities Include:Main Responsibilities Classroom Management Supervise and manage assigned classes during teacher absence Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment Ensure students follow school rules and behavioral policies Academic Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or Head of Department Ensure continuity of learning objectives during the absence period Support students in completing assigned classwork Adapt teaching approach according to students' level when neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in education or a relevant subject area.
