You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Follow up KPIs such as scrap rate, defect rate, and OEE- Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, P-FMEA, SOPs)- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues and breakdowns- Demonstrate capabilities in manufacturing process development for new and existing products.- Perform MSA and Gauge R&R studies to ensure measurement reliability- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process development.- Follow up on control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level of the process like SPC.WHAT WE OFFER- International Company Environment.- Training & Development programmes- Fixed working schedule: five days per week from 08:00 AM till 17:00 PM- 2 Fixed days off- Official labor relationship, social package.- Family medical insurance & Employee Life Insurance.PLACE OF WORK10th of Ramadan CityJOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering- 3–4 years of experience in process engineering within an industrial environment- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.- Experience with Minitab and Power Bi.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
