Process Engineer – Juice & Drink Line

With experience in this market since 2017 and the company founded in August 2025, we combine deep-industry knowledge with modern production to serve food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.This is a full-time, on-site Production / Process Engineer role based at our factory in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt. We are looking for a hands-on engineer whose core background and primary expertise is in juice and drink line operations or production. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and running our juice and drink production lines — including Arabic gum-based beverages, hibiscus, and baobab instant drink mixes — while ensuring smooth operation, quality control, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and operate the juice / drink production line (mixing, dosing, filling, packaging, and line-balance) Ensure smooth integration of Arabic gum, hibiscus, and baobab formulations into the drink production line Monitor juice/drink line performance, yield, and downtime; propose and implement improvements Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink line operation, cleaning, and maintenance Work with maintenance and quality teams to ensure food-grade standards, safety, and hygiene on the drink line Support trials and new product introductions on the drink line (new flavors, packaging, or formulations) Train/supervise operators on SOP adherence and safe operation of drink line equipment Troubleshoot equipment and process issues specific to juice and beverage production Report KPIs including OEE, waste, and yield for the juice/drink line Must-Have Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food, Industrial, or Production Engineering 3-7+ years of hands-on experience in juice or drink line operations or production (this is a strict requirement — candidates without direct juice/beverage line experience will not be considered) Proven track record operating or managing a juice, beverage, or liquid drink production line (filling, mixing, dosing, packaging, and line-balance) Deep understanding of juice/drink line equipment, troubleshooting, and process optimization Understanding of food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards (SOPs, cleaning, documentation) Ability to work in a factory environment (heat, noise, PPE, and shift-like conditions) Good communication skills in Arabic and English (for documentation and reporting) Applicants must share a LinkedIn profile or CV link showcasing juice/beverage production line experienceNice-to-Have (Strongly Preferred): Experience with instant-drink or powder-based beverage lines (Arabic gum, hibiscus, baobab) Experience with lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction) Familiarity with B2B export-focused production (traceability, batch documentation)
