Job Title: Procurement CoordinatorCompany: Sprint PacLocation: 6th of October City, Giza, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support daily purchasing and procurement activities across production, warehouse, and supplier-related operations.This role focuses on follow-up, documentation accuracy, and ensuring a smooth and timely procurement workflow.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and procurement requests.• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to follow up on order status and delivery timelines.• Track procurement schedules and report any delays or supply issues.• Update procurement files, records, and reports on a regular basis.• Support material availability follow-up with the warehouse and production teams.• Ensure accurate documentation and proper version control of procurement data.• Communicate updates to concerned teams in a timely and organized manner.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.• 0–1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or coordination roles.• Good knowledge of MS Excel.• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments is a plus.• Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Available to start immediately.Work Location:6th of October City (On-site)Apply Now:HRBP@Sprint-pac.comPlease mention "Procurement Coordinator" in the subject line.Industry: Printing ServicesEmployment Type: Full-time
