Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for direct raw materials to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable supplyLead RFQ/RFP processes, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial termsCollaborate with Production, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Logistics to align procurement activities with business requirementsMonitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and support supplier qualification and compliance processesDrive cost optimization initiatives through market analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering opportunitiesManage purchase orders and procurement transactions through ERP systems while ensuring timely deliveries and documentation accuracy.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in direct materials procurement, preferably within manufacturing, glass, or chemical industries.Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Good understanding of Incoterms, international logistics, and supply chain processes.
