Source, evaluate, and develop local and international suppliers to meet business requirements.Create, issue, monitor, and close Purchase Orders (POs) for direct and indirect materials.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings and procurement targets.Prepare and manage supplier contracts and long-term agreements.Coordinate import, export, and local logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery.Follow up on shipping documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding activities.Manage supplier claims and resolve delivery or quality-related issues.Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities support operational needs.Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records in SAP and ensure compliance with company policies.Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.Lead and support procurement specialists and purchasing runners when required.Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and cost efficiency. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.Experience with local and international procurement activities.Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.Experience dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance is an advantage.
