Manage procurement of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness,and timely delivery. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Oversee facility management including maintenance, cleaning, safety, andsecurity. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. Prepare reports on procurement activities, facility operations, and cost savings. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevantregulations. Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational requirements. Assist in budgeting and cost control related to purchasing and facility operations. Support audits and provide documentation for procurement and facility management activities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or arelated field. 4–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and/or facilitymanagement. Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, andvendor relations. Experience in facility management including maintenance and safety compliance. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and inventorymanagement. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
