Key Accountabilities:Develop and manage the procurement strategy for indirect materials and servicesEnsure timely sourcing and availability of critical spares, MRO supplies, and general factory needsCoordinate with maintenance, engineering, HSE, and administration to identify and fulfill indirect requirementsNegotiate contracts and agreements with local and international suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery termsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers in alignment with company policiesCollaborate closely with planning, production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure end-to-end supply efficiencyAcademic and professional qualificationBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field4–7 years of experience in indirect material procurement, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
