Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics operations, and handling export procedures while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and free zone requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage local and international procurement processes.Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and evaluate vendor performance.Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.Follow up customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Manage transactions related to Free Zones and ensure proper documentation and approvals.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.Track shipments and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner.Prepare procurement and logistics reports as required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Logistics.Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and Free Zone operations.Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.Good negotiation and supplier management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Good command of English.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.Knowledge of ERP systems.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
