The role will ensure timely material availability, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and compliance with customer and company requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement of fabrics, trims, packaging materials Ensure timely and accurate creation and follow-up of purchase orders to secure on-time material deliveries and prevent production disruptions. Follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries to ensure timely material availability in line with agreed T & As Coordinate closely with planning, warehouse, production, quality, and merchandising teams to execution operations as per the planMonitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality, cost, and service levels. Resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and supplier-related issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with suppliers and the finance team to ensure timely processing of supplier payments and resolution of payment-related issues if any Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documentation. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain functions.Experience in apparel manufacturing is highly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.Knowledge of apparel raw materials and sourcing processes.Analytical and commercial mindset.Good planning and follow-up skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Fluency in English and Arabi
