About the RoleHouse Babylon is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Sales Specialist to oversee product development, supplier coordination, logistics, internal operations, and business development. This is a multi-functional role bridging procurement, production, project management, and sales to ensure smooth delivery of our premium lifestyle products while contributing to the growth of Studio Babylon.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Operations ManagementCoordinate across design, production, and logistics to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Track timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects. Take ownership of projects and ensure smooth execution across teams. Production & Quality CoordinationManage production schedules and follow up with suppliers and manufacturers. Monitor quality standards and ensure timely execution. Follow up on contracts, production milestones, and deliverables. Procurement & Supplier ManagementSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Create and manage purchase orders accurately. Coordinate with suppliers and the finance team to ensure smooth processing and timely payments. Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance. Logistics & InventoryCoordinate shipments, warehouse operations, and store deliveries. Support logistics planning for events and special projects. Studio Babylon OrdersManage all Studio Babylon orders where House Babylon acts as the supplier. Coordinate production, fulfilment, and delivery processes. Sales & Business DevelopmentSupport the growth of Studio Babylon by identifying and developing new client opportunities. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into orders. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and partners. Contribute to achieving Studio Babylon sales targets and expanding the client base. Receive a 2.5% commission on the value of Studio Babylon orders generated and successfully secured by the employee. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in procurement, operations, project management, sales, or supply chain.Experience in fashion, interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.Adaptability and flexibility to support evolving business needs.Fluent in Arabic and English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operations tools.
