Procurement Specialist | Brisk BitesLocation: Obour cityWe are growing and looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end purchasing process for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.This role is ideal for a procurement professional who can balance cost, quality, supplier performance, and inventory availability while supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.What You'll Do✔ Manage the complete procurement cycle from supplier sourcing to delivery.✔ Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best combination of cost, quality, and service.✔ Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.✔ Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.✔ Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams.✔ Analyze pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.✔ Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.✔ Ensure uninterrupted supply and optimal inventory levels.What We're Looking For✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.✅ 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, or manufacturing industries.✅ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.✅ Microsoft Excel skills.✅ Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.📩 Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: HR@Briskbites.net
